Join us for a special workout hosted by HWPO Training and Forging Youth Resilience (FYR) for parents/guardians and their children. Together, the two of you will tackle a group-led workout, WORK HARD, and feel PROUD of what you accomplished. Athletes of all abilities are welcome and scalable options will be available. Please note that your participating child should be old enough to be generally familiar with bodyweight exercises. We can’t wait to meet and train with you!
