The CLASS program delivers 7 expertly programmed workouts per week, each lasting 60 minutes. Sessions include warm-ups, a two-part workout, and optional homework for members to complete outside of class. Guided by the pillars of BALANCED, CHALLENGING, and FUN, this program uses progressive cycles to develop core fitness attributes like strength, power, endurance, and overall physical preparedness.
Class plans include time stamps, extensive coaching notes, educational support and movement or format substitutions whenever needed.
Low skill, high intensity workouts to maximize gym accessibility and member engagement.
SWEAT offers 6 weekly HIIT-style sessions designed for gyms needing scalable classes that attract a broader range of members. 45 minute workouts that deliver consistent HARD WORK for full body training, perfect for members seeking lower-skill options or a quick, effective workout.

FOCUS is designed to help members address their weaknesses and reach their full potential. Access a new focus every 8-weeks that’s dedicated to improving specific modalities and skills. Each cycle includes detailed coaching progressions, ensuring members improve fast while enabling coaches to deliver the highest value.
FOCUS offers flexibility for gym owners and coaches. It can be delivered as a class or in a semi-private training format. Given the high-value, skill-specific nature of the program, we recommend implementing it as a semi-private option. This allows for more individualized attention, fosters stronger member-coach relationships, and accelerates progress.
Beyond enhancing member experience, FOCUS is an excellent revenue-generating tool for gyms, offering a premium service that keeps members engaged and consistently improving.

HYROX® brings variety, intensity, and purpose to every session, helping members push their limits and improve their engine.
This program offers scalable, aerobic-based training that builds stamina, grit, and real-world work capacity. Sessions blend machine work, sled pushes, running intervals, and functional movements to prepare your members for competition or just challenge themselves.
Each 60-minute class includes warm-ups, clear objectives, and guidance for scaling. Workouts are standalone and accessible, designed to fit into your gym's weekly class plans without overcomplicating the schedule. Michele has been a class coach, gym manager, affiliate owner, CrossFit Games athlete, coach to 5x Games podium finisher Patrick Vellner, and was even on the Level 1 Seminar Staff. She has a wealth of experience in affiliate programming and brings the different perspectives and ideas she's gathered over the years to the HWPO Training team.

CLASS has 7 training days per week, and SWEAT has 6 training days per week. Depending on the intent, any FOCUS will have 2-4 training days per week.
Yes, we include up to 4 scaling options. All the scaling options are specifically chosen and varied to match the workout's stimulus.
Yes, we do have training cycles. These cycles are designed to help members increase their athletic ability in the areas of strength, power, endurance, gymnastics, and more.
Training cycles vary in duration but are usually between 8-10 weeks.
We do not include a class plan, but we have time stamps in the documentation that allow coaches to manage their time effectively. We also provide coaching cues that give coaches specific technical points to focus on during the day.
HWPO AFFILIATE includes an Extra/Accessory piece, which is separate from the 60 minutes of class. Use it to compliment the training completed during class.
HWPO AFFILIATE programming is available through our HWPO Training App and with our programming integration partners: SugarWOD, PushPress, BTWB, and Wodfiy.

The two programs are written independently from one another since the goals are very different. However, the two programs can create a very complementary workout program for members.
If members of your gym want to do both the CrossFit Class & the Hyrox Class, it will be important to discuss their goals with them.
If members want to focus on strength and skill building, we recommend prioritising the CrossFit classes for strength & skill development and keeping the Hyrox class as added conditioning, opting for the more aerobic/impact sessions. Members can do 3-4 x CrossFit Classes with 1-2 Hyrox Classes that focus more on aerobic conditioning.
If members want to prepare for a race but prefer classes to the 8-week race prep, they can adapt their schedule to 2-4 Hyrox classes and 1-2 CrossFit-style classes per week.
The Hyrox program is designed to be pretty flexible, but if you want to have truly Hyrox style workouts, it is best to opt for the Following Class Types:
- Race / Team
- Upper Strength + Conditioning
- Lower Body Strength + Conditioning
- Mix Modal
These four class types are closest to the Hyrox specific program, making this a truly different offering than a pure endurance class or a CrossFit class.
To name your classes HYROX®, you need to be a Hyrox Affiliate gym and pay your affiliate fee with Hyrox. You can still use this programming in your gym, but you'll need to call it something else. Here are some examples:

If athletes simply want to complete a race for fun, doing these classes will help athletes get ready without changing their entire workout routine. We highly recommend including the more aerobic and running classes, since a Hyrox race has a significant 8 km of running.
If athletes are looking to perform at their best for their race, we have an 8-week specific race prep program that can help your members get race-ready. You can find the document in CIRCLE under the Resources Tab
Much of the equipment needed for Hyrox classes are the same or similar to what we use in CrossFit. Hyrox Classes use stations to help manage classes into smaller groups and share equipment via station rotations. We always offer substitutions for equipment we know to be less numerous in gyms, but here is a recommended (not mandatory) list of equipment for classes of about 16-22 people.
- Rowers (6-8)
- Ski Ergs (6-8)
- Bike Ergs (4-6)
- Fan Bikes (4-6)
- Runners (Recommended but not mandatory)
- Sandbags (10-14)
- Kettlebells (6-8 Pairs)
- Wall Balls (6-8 / Weight)
- Dumbbells (6-8 Paise / Weight)
- Sleds (2-5) with Turf, ideally
Running is a crucial part of the Hyrox program, and in order to get athletes ready for a race, it’s crucial that athletes include running in their training regimen. We STRONGLY recommend that if this is the case, invest in some treadmills (air runners OR traditional treadmills) to at least give your members the option to get some running in on their own.
Otherwise, we always offer modifications to run on alternative machines or shuttle runs when it makes sense.
