How it works

Our HWPO Training Ambassador Program is built for individuals who live and breathe hard work

Regardless of fitness level, we’re united by a shared commitment to SHOWING UP — whether it’s for our workouts, ourselves, our loved ones, or the challenges life throws at us. As an ambassador, you’ll embody our core values day in and day out, while earning rewards for celebrating the HWPO ethos. Enjoy exclusive benefits like early access to new programs and content, special membership perks, and more as you continue to lead by example, proving that hard work truly pays off.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You always snag our new tees, high-five your friends after a hard workout, and feel better after a good sweat. You’ve seen all the HWPO Training YouTube videos, you SHOW UP to move your body even when you don’t want to, and you have an inherently positive attitude. You love a leaderboard, but aren’t afraid to scale, and you’re ultra-inspired by 5x Fittest Man on Earth, Mat Fraser.

Sounds about right? Then we want to hear from you!

HOW TO APPLY

Our applications open twice per year (fall and spring), and the amount of accepted applicants per season varies.

Applications are thoroughly reviewed, and invited ambassadors will be notified by the designated date for that cycle. If you’re not chosen on your first go, don’t be discouraged! Our community is continuously growing and this program will continue to evolve to create the largest impact.
