Lace up your shoes and start your Thursday morning off with a warm-up from GOWOD, followed 1-mile run around Fort Worth Botanical Garden, led by HWPO Training. To celebrate the CrossFit Games taking place at Dickie's Arena Aug. 8-11th, the HWPO Training team is thrilled to SHOW UP with hard working members of the community for a good sweat. All levels welcome, and registration grants you access to the garden for post-workout enjoyment. See you there!
