WHAT ARE THE ABLE GAMES?

The ABLE Games kicked off back in 2021, aiming to make fitness fun for everyone. It's like a big fitness party where anyone can join in, whether you're a pro athlete or someone with special needs. The whole idea came from wanting to make sure everyone has a chance to play, no matter what.

TNT, the awesome gym behind it all, is all about helping kids move and groove. Their motto, "Unlock Potential through Movement," says it all. They think all kids should be able to hang out and play together. And that's what the ABLE Games are all about — making sure everyone stays healthy and happy, even when they're all grown up. Their vision is to expand inclusive opportunities in school, work, and play.
