Supported by Justin Ahrens, Scott has designed HWPO GOLF with Mat Fraser, 5 x Fittest Man on Earth. This program is thoughtfully designed for any level golfer looking to increase overall health all while improving your abilities on the golf course.
HWPO GOLF is designed to meet you where you’re at in your current fitness level. The program features interval style training with movements that will increase your strength, power, speed, rotational-flexibility and provide greater control in your golf performance.

Hwpo Golf
Access to a fully equipped gym is optional for this program. Athletes with access to a small home-gym setup, golf club gym or travelling hotel gyms can remain consistent and participate wherever their location.
Minimal equipment is required and used, primarily dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, box/bench, bands and ideally, access to at least one cardio-driven machine.
The program is highly scalable and adaptable to work with what you have access to. Our coaches are available on our Private Member's Only Channel on Circle (a separate platform) to communicate with you daily and provide support. You will be provided with an "Ideal Equipment List" upon subscription.
HWPO GOLF programming is 5 days a week, with 30-45 minutes training per day. Every minute (including rest) is accounted for.
We encourage 3 days ON / 1 day OFF / 2 days ON / 1 day OFF cycle on a seven-day workout week. You control the intensity you bring to each workout since every workout is time domain driven to hold you accountable to constant movement.
Life happens! If you miss a day or two, simply pick it up on your next available day. This program is intended to support consistency in daily movement and provide a sustainable workout program for those looking to work hard and be fit for life. With that said, the HWPO GOLF program is structured with built-in rest days.
Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly billing is automated unless you cancel.
