Designed for individuals who prefer or need to train without equipment, this variant follows the same structure as the main SWEAT program, but focuses solely on bodyweight exercises. With 6 days of training per week, SWEAT BODYWEIGHT allows you to get a full-body workout at home or on the go.
QUICK SWEAT offers a time-efficient option for those with limited time or energy. Workouts are approximately 20-minutes (including warm-up) and provide the same benefits as the full SWEAT program, but in about half the time. It’s perfect for individuals with a busy lifestyle, like parents or professionals, who want to maintain their fitness with a quick, yet effective workout. QUICK SWEAT ensures you can still hit your fitness goals even when you’re pressed for time—because something is always better than nothing.
