Our primary track

HWPO SWEAT is a high-intensity, full-body workout program designed to build consistency in daily movement, and improve your overall fitness. With 6 training days per week, each session lasts 45 minutes and combines strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular exercises. This track is ideal for anyone who wants to stay in shape. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, HWPO SWEAT will challenge and keep you moving every day.

SWEAT BODYWEIGHT

TRAIN FROM ANYWHERE AT ANY TIME

SWEAT BODYWEIGHT is the equipment-free variant of the SWEAT program. Designed for individuals who prefer or need to train without equipment, this variant follows the same structure as the main SWEAT program, but focuses solely on bodyweight exercises. With 6 days of training per week, SWEAT BODYWEIGHT allows you to get a full-body workout at home or on the go.

QUICK SWEAT

QUICK WORKOUTS FOR BUSY SCHEDULES

QUICK SWEAT offers a time-efficient option for those with limited time or energy. Workouts are approximately 20-minutes (including warm-up) and provide the same benefits as the full SWEAT program, but in about half the time. It’s perfect for individuals with a busy lifestyle, like parents or professionals, who want to maintain their fitness with a quick, yet effective workout. QUICK SWEAT ensures you can still hit your fitness goals even when you’re pressed for time—because something is always better than nothing.
