We hosted our inaugural Friday Night Lights event at HWPO HQ this year and had a BLAST! We welcomed more than 80 dedicated individuals for an evening filled with the energy of a pro-athlete experience. Zack Telander set the vibe with live music, while partners and friends of HWPO Training came through in a major way for our members. A big shoutout to Ice Barrel, GOWOD, Concept 2, Podium, YETI, and R.A.D. for their incredible support and for making the weekend unforgettable.

Friday night saw the PROs take on the workout and everyone else on Saturday. We all enjoyed epic food, and there were incredible new connections with our community. Plus, we hosted workshops from Coach Aimee, Coach Rob, and Concept 2. We recorded and produced all of the AMAZING moments in a two-part vlog. Catch up on all the action below:
